By placing an order with Omborra ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. You'll be notified and refunded in full if this happens.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), our official base currency. For customers shopping from the UAE, UK, and USA, prices are automatically converted to your local currency (AED, GBP, or USD) at checkout based on prevailing exchange rates, for your convenience. The PKR amount is the amount of record for your order. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout is final for that order. Applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees for international orders are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors; Omborra does not store your card details.
Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination. Omborra is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.
Product Descriptions
We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions and images. Minor variations in color or packaging may occur due to supplier updates or screen display differences.
Limitation of Liability
Omborra's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights you may hold in your country of residence.
