These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from Omborra. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Ordering
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — a contract is formed once we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g., pricing errors or stock issues).
2. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in [currency] and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout via the methods displayed. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate; in the event of an obvious error, we'll contact you before processing.
3. Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout.
4. Returns & refunds
If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within [14/30] days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Certain items may be excluded (e.g., personalised or hygiene products). Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
