Return Policy

At Omborra, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make returns simple and fair.

Our promise

You may return most items within [30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, which is never affected by our policy.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, the following are not eligible (unless faulty):

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [24 hours] of delivery at info@omborra.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — return shipping is on us in these cases.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps on our Start a Return page) and place a new order for the replacement.

Return shipping costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless local law states otherwise.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the stated period, first check with your bank or card provider. If you still need help, contact info@omborra.com and we'll resolve it quickly.
