Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email info@omborra.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps within 24 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, request a return and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get the right item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
